We are now extremely pleased and honored to announce that Intergraph® Corporation has acquired GT STRUDL after negotiations with Georgia Tech Research Corporation and the Georgia Tech CASE Center. GT STRUDL will join Intergraph’s Process, Power & Marine division which is the leading global provider of engineering software for the design, construction, and operation of plants, ships, and offshore facilities. As part of the acquisition, the skilled staff and management team of the CASE Center have joined Intergraph.
All GT STRUDL existing users will continue to receive the high level of service you have come to expect:
- The same people with whom you have interacted at the CASE Center for years will transition to Intergraph in the same capacity with the same operations and reporting structure, relocating to Norcross, Georgia (north of Atlanta).
- STRUDL Europe will continue, as Intergraph distributor, to distribute and technically support GT STRUDL in Europe/Middle East/Asia/Africa
